It is important for us to know what is on your table so we can structure our floor plans accordingly. Please state the top 4 major items you will be selling: (Heritage United Church has been declared a scent free environment. Due to this policy we are unable to accept scented items in our sales.)

Trade Tables – Must have product to sell on your table. Please list top 4 items and if you are a homemade craft or a vendor. Please state the name of Vendor (ie. Avon ). Tables may be limited to 1-6ft or 1-8ft depending on numbers of crafters. If you wish to have email receipt please
check YES___NO___.    Canteen available.

Do you require electricity? YES___NO___ (Please bring your own extension cords)

Size of table, 6 or 8 ft.? - ____ (Keep in mind if you choose an 8 foot table, a display cannot be placed beside your table; if a 6 foot table is chosen, you have room to place a 3 ft. display)

If you have a display board that you will be placing behind your table please state height.

NOTE: Limited number of Room Dividers are available at the cost of $3.00
1. All proceeds from table rentals and admissions are used for Church & Community projects and programs.
2. Only Registrations accompanied by a cheque will be accepted. The executive of the Heritage United Church Craft Sale reserves the right to accept new registrations that they feel will compliment and add variety to our Craft Fair. The decision of the executive is final.
3. Successful registrants will be contacted with dates, times and any other pertinent information around Sept. 15. Unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a waiting list and their cheques will be returned.
